What Is Your Cancellation Policy?

There is no refund for cancelling your Canadian Global Growth Forum registration. Substitutions are permitted.

For Substitutions: The Forum is invitation-only and attendance is limited to one representative per firm, company, or organization. If you cannot attend, you may send a colleague from the same firm, company, or organization in your place. Substitutions may be made on or before Friday, September 11, 2026 with written confirmation from the person registered, and are subject to CVCA approval.

Note: If you are a CVCA member and your replacement is a non-member, that person must pay any outstanding balance because of the difference in fees.

Who Gets a Copy of the Order Receipt?

The purchaser will receive a copy of the receipt via the email address provided. Each individual registrant, as part of the order, will receive a separate confirmation of their event registration via email, but not a copy of the order receipt.

Who Will Get a Copy of the Registration Confirmation?

The registrant will receive a separate confirmation of their event registration via email. Please make sure to check your spam or junk folder if you don't see it in your inbox.

Why Doesn't the Person I Am Registering Get the Member Rate?

If you are unsure whether you qualify for member pricing, please confirm with your CVCA membership administrator before registering. Registrations must be completed using a work email address associated with a CVCA member organization to ensure correct pricing. Price adjustments will not be permitted.

I Am Sponsoring and/or Speaking at the Event, How Do I Register?

The CVCA will be in touch with you or your organization directly with instructions about your registration. If you are unsure whether you qualify, please contact membership@cvca.ca.

Can I Edit or Change Another Person's Event Registration?

Contact the Canadian Global Growth Forum event team to make any changes to any registration at events@cvca.ca. The deadline to make any substitutions is Friday, September 11, 2026.

I'm a Member of the Media, Can I Register for a Media Pass?

The Canadian Global Growth Forum welcomes interest from members of the media. As a private, invitation-only forum, media attendance is limited. Details about media access are coming soon.

Media accreditation is reviewed by CVCA. To request consideration, please email media@cvca.ca.

Accredited media are responsible for their own travel and accommodation.

I Have an Access Requirement, Who Should I Get in Touch With About Attending the Event?

If you have any access requirements, please indicate so during the registration process, or contact us at events@cvca.ca as far in advance of the event as possible, so that arrangements can be made where possible.

The Canadian Global Growth Forum is convened by the Canadian Venture Capital & Private Equity Association (CVCA), the national body for Canada's private capital industry. CVCA represents the fund managers across private equity and venture capital, the pension and institutional investors, and the limited partners active in the market, and it manages no capital of its own. It convenes the Forum on behalf of the entire membership.
